In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User upon successful completion of the bet788 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money PKR funds held in a User's bet788 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager — using Bonus Funds, real funds, or a combination as specified — before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and document verification process required by bet788 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which bet788 does not accept registrations or wagers, as determined by Us from time to time.

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years and satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Section 4;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

To access the full functionality of bet788 — including placing bets, accessing the live casino, and using cashier services — you must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account management:

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Per Player

In such cases, bet788 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicated period.

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your password, one-time password (OTP), or any authentication code with any third party. bet788 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials. You must notify bet788 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bet788 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Use of the bet788 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

5.1 Deposits

bet788 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. bet788 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is not technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals requested via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within one business day. bet788 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

bet788 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal request triggers internal risk controls. In all such cases, bet788 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on bet788 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by bet788, as all operations for Pakistan-based players are conducted natively in PKR.

bet788 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings generated after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full are eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance;
• bet788 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a promotion and met its conditions will not be prejudiced;

All bets placed on bet788 are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules (e.g., cricket, live casino, slots) are published on the relevant game or market pages and supplement these general rules.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference number is generated by the bet788 system. Bets placed without confirmation are not valid;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error or "palpable"), bet788 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account;
• bet788 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits per bet, per market, or per Player at its sole discretion;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. bet788 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds and will not be liable for bets placed based on stale odds;
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to the Player's Account Balance promptly after official result confirmation by the relevant governing body;
• bet788 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and slot games. All outcomes are independently verified for fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet788 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software to interact with the bet788 platform without prior written authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt practice in connection with any event offered on bet788;
• Providing false identity information or using documents belonging to another person during KYC verification;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bet788 platform, software, or intellectual property.

All content on the bet788 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, page layouts, software, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bet788 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet788 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the bet788 platform; use the bet788 name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent; or frame or mirror any portion of the bet788 website on any other domain.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet788 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of account information;
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or Force Majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by bet788 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.

bet788's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bet788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe following a request;
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder;
• bet788 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any outstanding Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where closure is initiated by the Player or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, the verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard processing procedures are completed.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection or gambling regulation laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
